I NEED HELP!!!
I wanna travel to the us this summer, while my i-130 is pending. But i wanna know if it’s safe to do this because i heard some stories about tourist getting detained at the airport😭😭 I already have been to usa with no problem while my case was pending and i went back on time. Do you think i can still go this summer and come back?? please help me i need advice

you should be ok. my husband is planning on traveling with me even as we are in the NVC process. I have had a coworker also travel after and during I130 process.

@LA LA Videos don’t always tell the whole story. I am not scared of Trump at all. He is only trying to get a country back in order that was completely out of control. He is like the dad that walked in to his teenagers’ blowout party when they thought he was out of town. 😂

I think it depends on if you have an otherwise valid Visa. if your work or other visa is still valid you should be fine. I would not travel if your visa expired while waiting for the i485 approval

@Agnes 🇬🇧 i’m in my home country so i’m not in the US. I traveled before with my esta with no problems so i just wanna know if i can go for the summer a couple weeks without any problems under trump

@LA LA I would, I’m in the same situation and planning to spend some time in the us over the summer with my ESTA. I don’t see why not
