I recieved the same notice in March to wait till I get another update before I can submit any documents. since then no update yet

The RFE was for my husband’s tax return, but I included the medicals with it and submitted it to my lawyer to send out.

that's maybe the problem you send it before they ask now the deficiency not tells us to wait hope you don't have to do another medical it say if you send it it maybe delay our case

Yes, Deficiency letter is different from RFE

I got my RFE before deficiency letter, and it was for my husband’s most recent tax return.
