I've expedited my case as well. But I haven't received any emails till today. The date of my expedite request was August 17, 2021.

It says Expedite request received. Nothing else. It has been more than a month.

wf rg it was like 3 different updates the first one was We approved your request for expedite processing

second one was We approved your Form I-730, Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition

the last one was Case Was Sent To The Department of State

m milani was like a month but every morning I called them from Monday to Friday and to many inquiries

WF RG Mine is in National Benefits Center (NBC) too.

Ngnie Juanita Mine was also sent to National Benefits Center. Haven't heard anything since.

@ng ng I sent an expedite request with my application when I file it but my case status is (fees were waived) from DEC 1st 2021 they didn’t said like expedite request denied or accepted then I tried to expedite my case but uscis call center told me that I have to do the expedite through the asylum office! I tried 3 times and they told me the same thing

Salara Kebeh. Who is the beneficiary here? Are you the petitioner? I think once the petitioner has been accepted and received the green card then only they go further with the case. Not that I have any evidence, just my assumption.

Hi @ng ng I think as of the beginning of this year USCIS are not requiring an interview

I think this article they’re talking about petitioners but beneficiaries they are doing interviews

@ng ng hello ng, my i730 got approved 2 weeks ago ✨ how long did your i-730 case take until you heard from NVC? and how long did it take for the overseas consulate to interview

Hey @Salata kebeh I think it takes me two weeks to get notice from nvc and and takes like 3 months nvc to send case to embassy and it’s more than 100 days case in embassy and ready for interview but embassy keeps saying wait
