@walid khan , at this point, your best option is to sue USCIS. 8 years waiting is way past the normal waiting time, and you might just wait forever.
To sue (writ of mandamus), you will need a lawyer. Check out Hacking Immigration Law on YouTube. Jim, the lawyer and face of the channel, has lots of videos on the matter, and he goes live almost daily, where he answers questions from callers.
