i-824
I get approve i-130 from NBC on 20 January. they said to file i-824 which I already file and send it. how long it will take to get approve?? thank you

Hi, did you get any response yet? and why should we file the i-824? I think I am in the same boat. I received an approval letter,
" If the beneficiary decides to apply for an immigrant visa outside the United States based on this petition, you should file Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition, to request that we send the petition to the U.S. Department of State National Visa Center (NVC)."
Do we have to file form I-824?
