cause I applied for Haiti tps to and I’m still waiting . for the physical evidence I sent in my school records / high school diploma

didn’t send none yet, i meant it like yea i did appy for Haitian… I will probably send my bank statements and flight records that’s all i have for now

since it first announced, i think around beginning May but they weren’t working on it since it wasn’t official

btw they ask for proofs *since july 29, 20121 meaning after july till present but yea i’ll just send them

i send my RFE on Oct 28, and received a email said they have taken an action to my case.... since the any update....

@E D thanks for the reply but i did send it with the forms when i filled. The letter stated “Submit evidence that you have been residing in the United States continuously since July 29, 2021. Additionally, provide documents to show that you have been continuously physically present in the United States since August 3, 2021. Acceptable evidence might include, but is not limited to:…(and list of documents)”

I sent my i94 and June utility bills. I applied Aug 3 I got bio resuse Aug 4 until now nothing happened

Ever got a response since then T. T.? My case had been on "We are actively reviewing your Form I-821" since November 30th and today I finally got an update and I never received any "Request for Additional Evidence" in the past so I have been really confused why it says "Cancellation Notice for Request for Additional Evidence" if they never requested one Also how long did yours take to get approved after this stage?

S B. You're saying your status changed to "Cancellation Notice for Request for Additional Evidence"? If so, seems similar to mine but you don't really have to do anything unless they send you a rfe in the mail. I sent my rfe documents a while back and my status changed to "Response to USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received" and still waiting for a decision.

T.T. Wow thats a really long time. They never requested any RFE from me. I was talking to USCIS Tier 1 agent over phone (Jan 24) a day before my status got updated to "Cancellation Notice for Request for Additional Evidence" (Jan 25) and I was told my case was in hands of an Adjudicator as of January 12 and I should be expecting a decision soon. I filed my application back in January 2021, reapplication of TPS/EAD. Been over a year at this point

also T.T. I would suggest you contact T1 officer and have them put in a service request asking why its taking longer than processing time. Service request from website are broken and they are not getting sent to NSC. But I got response to my T1 service request within few days and they told me I should get some update on my case within 60 days which I did get one back in Nov 30, 2021

late renewal for Nepal coz I missed renewing when I was supposed to back in 2018

it took over a year because my priority date was Jan 12 2021

hi everybody, if I forget to send the first page of my letter request for evidence it's a big problem ? if yes how can I do to fix it ?

is your mail already delivered? if you have a tracking number and its not been delivered yet you can request to make changes to delivery I believe and then you can send in a new one with everything you need. if its already been delivered idk what to do
