@Simon TY. I made phone call for the request on Jan 6 and on Jan 10 got email from USCIS indicating that they received my request. Jan 13 my case turned to “active reviewing”. Jan 14 card is being produced. Jan 19 card was produced. Jan 20 card was picked by USPS. Jan 22 card in my mailbox. I would say compare other ways I tried (chatting and sending inquiry by email), phone call is faster. Hope this helps and your case gonna approved soon.

@Kib Hi, as my reply to Simon, I tried several ways. In the way of making a phone call, I didn't send (they didn't request either) any evidence. However, in the chatting way, I send them the pictures of my case receipt and license to the USCIS lockbox as the live chat told me. So, I am not sure that’s kind of “evidence”.

@Re Yes. My card was gonna expired on Jan 15. I made the request on Jan 6.

@S S I request to expedite my EAD and I received an email that says “We received your request for expedited processing, and we will accommodate that request. your case is now under expedited review.” Did they send you similar email like this?

@Chacha I think I just got one email that indicated they received my request. However, I got those information “they are actively reviewing my case” from the USCIS website. And I think just one or two business days later, my case status changed to approved.
