This is the best birthday gift ever and that too it came in a week early. I was so stressed as I am on STEM OPT and got a new job with better $$$ but my OPT was expiring on 12/19/2022. I put in an expedite request due to extreme financial hardship on 09/27 and then got a reply that they were processing my request on 10/12. To be a bit proactive I uploaded a letter with mine and spouse’s bank statements in the USCIS online account’s unsolicited evidence section. And today I got the approval. I can keep working now. The universe has been good to me. 👍👍😎😎😁😁😊😊😊For everyone on same boat I’d suggest to keep hope and be proactive. things will work out

same pd request expedite 3 times got nothing they asked for evidence I fax them yesterday and still waiting….

In my letter I listed my costs and credit extensively. pretty much made a case about how not being able to work would financially ruin me. i also attached a credit report. its all about the evidence. good luck
