Hi Jimmy. It is a renewal comb card request that was done in January 2021. I have requested for expedite and it was approved, however I did not received any updated. My case is based on a pending I-485 adjustment application.

Luciana if your status change to card delivered and you can see a tracking number is going to your home.if you have a lawyer check with him cause mine was send it to his office

its normal anywhere between 5 and 20 days. after 3 weeks if not received, request updates to emma. my one currently on 7 days.

Guys, I called USCIS today to check the reason of the long time waiting for an update and they informed my expedite was approved indeed. However, they informed the new cc will take a long time to be produced, maybe 2 or 3 months! Also, I do not know if you observed on their website, the processing time cass increased 5 months. 😥😥

me too 15 days since expecting approval of 765 and no updates. I thought approval would actually expedite it, what a weird system USCIS has

this is weird, 2 / 3 months to produce a card. I received “expedited request approved” on 3/4 and “new card is being produced” today 3/15. I’ve been told 2-3 weeks the card should be in hands. do you think they produce/release cards basically on how critical is the case? or it’s all about luck at this point?

Still waiting as well for 18 days now. I’ve seen some cases take up to 63 days before getting an approval. USCIS Onbudsman prioritizes expedited cases that take longer than 2 months to adjudicate

They told me the same thing. In the past, they used to be a time frame of 45 days.

43 days passed. Still no update. Texas center. I have seen some cases on Reddit take as much as 70 days to get a decision after expedite request approval

I think it’s luck related unfortunately. maybe it’s related to the USCIS officer assigned to the case which I feel he is asleep in my case and there’s complete absence of accountability and control system that manages thier operations

Guys, I just called them and they informed that I need to wait until 60 days. After that if I do not receive anything, I can return the call to complain about 🤷‍♀️

When I called earlier they told me 30 days, later they said no time frame. Not only they have no accountability but also they are liars too

@Luciana, if you filed for an I-131, you could file for a service request since it is out of normal processing time. Usually they approve the I-131 along with the I-765 as a combo card.

After 45 days, today my case was approved. I had requested a callback from tier 2 officer 3 weeks ago. Got the callback last week. The tier 2 officer raised an enquiry with the california service center. Not really sure if it helped. All the best.

Yeah, nothing is quick with the USCIS these days. You can reach out to ombudsman as well. Try all options.

Case approved today after 48 days. I reached out to USCIS Ombudsman on the 11th of April. They responded on the 15th of April. Case approval on the 19th of April
