I-765 EAD card not delivered
USPS did not deliver at our address and provided a reason that addresse was not known at the delivery address noted on the package. Do we have to be physically present at home on the delivery date and time? please share your experience.

My first EAD was delivered to my Attorney address, if you have Attorny contact with him/her.
second you don’t need to be physically present.

Thank you all, We already submitted an e-request to USCIS and waiting on if the case status changes at all.

@ M B... No oooo you shouldn't have to... They will cancel that card and for you to wait for a replacement it will take much more longer... All you had to do is going at your local post office the next day and ask for it. Anyway Good Luck.

Levy and all, We just received our EAD card and notification and there was no need to change the address with USCIS. It was some mistake from Post office, nothing to do with USCIS. Thank you all for your help and advise.
