what was the rfe what did they ask you

they wanted RFE for bank and credit card record from beginning of marriage to current, letters of affidavit, didn’t have all that so I wrote a letter explaining why,

I sent, bank and credit card statements, joint married filing separately taxe return, pictures, letters from my job showing my spouse as my emergency contact, telephone records, electric bill, joint lease agreement, marriage certificate, etc

it think it depends on the state your living that’s depends of how fast they processed

State, Service Center, type of case and even you were already interviewed or not...all of that is taken into consideration. I’m assuming that you are from NYC? Were you interviewed before?
