If your case is employment based then the submittion of medical RFE is most likely the last step in the process and you will get your green card.

in the interim whiles they waiting to schedule people for interview why not send them the EAD to start work and all that

@Z. A .. if they need more IO, hell, I'm down. Running up in there and approving everybody 🤣.. I believed they need a better system to handle cases. It makes no sense they drag out cases that are at the very last stage, handle them and push them out the way so that it gets easy to handle the rest if incoming cases. But I guess they have limited amount of workers to meet the demands as you say

i guess this whole mess was created by Trump and now it’s out of hand ... well they have allocated enough resources to help clear the mess, but what is making it fristrating is the fact that people wait for months and finally go for interview and don’t get instant approval and then they still have to wait further more , let’s pray things turn around bcos it’s that bad

let’s see if the new director can make effective changes and help put a better system in place ....
