what did the IO said? I had my interview this Tuesday but the IO need to make a decision in 2 to 3 weeks bc I have a removal proceedings case which was administrative closed. I hope they approve my I-485

There’s no situation that God can’t solve. the same God who brought you through the border will reopen your case. just play your part by reaching out to a lawyer

same situation here. my interview was in 03/09/2021 they asked me to file for i601 waver for misrepresentation, which I did and still waiting.

on my removal case I my lawyer file 212 weiwer and got approved , now doing 601a ! get a good lawyer

@aArnaud, yes they close after my interview. aprox 6 months later, EOIR has jurisdiction in my case, I need go to the Court.

yes , political asylym. enter illegal from Mx !and not all layers are same , I hade one Almos cost me deportation ! I have good one now he remove my deportation and approved i130, now waiting on 601a aproval🙏
