a lot of employment interviews are getting waived so there is a good chance

my case was transferred to NBC on 4/22 (from TSC) and I received same updates. the physical letter arrived in my mail box in 5 business days after the initial transfer update.

my advice is forget it for a few weeks. it’s taking 4-8 weeks on average

My case stays in NBC as it stated on the notice. Probably becuase we did Biometrics already.

most cases get adjudicated at FO but I haven’t seen USCIS sending notices about that in most cases. the only way to find out is Emma. mines at Tampa according to Emma but no official notice from the agency. @wenbing did you hear about NBC from Emma?

My case is in NBC. When I asked if my case would be decided st NBC, the rep was going to confirm it. All of a sudden, Emma jumped and says, “Welcome back! If you have additional questiobs that I can help you, just adk!” Did they have someone cut the conversation when you want to know more? That’s totally unreasobable!!!

Everyone, my update from Emma- In one way, it is good to kbow the transfer to FO. In the other way, there is no way to have interview (least possible) in San Juan FO because it is located in Purto Rico. Lol! Any comments or hint to interpret the information below? I amready had my biometric on file since Sep 2021. I don’t see there is any reason to have interview. Just curious about the timeline- when my case will be completely pricessed?

My timeline: EB-3 Employment-Based I-485 transferred from SRC to NBC on 04-27-2022. Originally accepted by USCIS on 11-05-2020. Priority date of 11-11-2011 which is now current for EB3. RFE for Medicals hasn't been issued yet & I didn't file the Medicals along with the original application. Biometrics completed on 09-02-2021 but the I-485 case status was never updated to reflect this. EAD/AP combo card was approved on 02-14-2022. Any guesses on what the next steps might be & by when?

Hi Abdullah, your journey is so remarkable! In 90 days you retaibed the GC. Did your attorney say anything about the approval, such as when to receive the notice, when to receive the card itself? I wonder if you applied to I-765? I have not reveived it yet but I guess my GC would get approved before I-765. So anxious!

btw, your case was transferred to Tampa from NBC to Tampa FO on 5/09/22. How did you know that? Did you get notice or update on USCIS account? I was updated yesterday (5/23) after chatting with Emma. Mine was transferred to NBC on 4/29 like yours.

@Abdullah, I got a uodate from Emma just now and hope you can help me figure it out. Emma said, my case “is” transferred to A field office. She wants me to follow up the Transfer Notice. I checked the notice letter again. I have the letter dated on 4/29/22. However, the notice letter regarding Transfer to USSCIS office has not been received and I know this because of the update on Lawfully. 1. Emma said today it is transferred to San Juan. Does that mean my case was transferred to San Juan since date of 5/02/22? 2. Why the update hasn’t been showing on my account? 3. On Lawfully updated on 5/02 says, if the notice letter has not been received by 6/01/22, I can request it to USCIS. Did you request it before? Many Thanks! @Abdullah, you are right. On my account, it does not mention San Juan is the FO that my case is transferred from NBC. I wonder if my case is still “being” transferred or was already transferred. Emma said, it is transferred.

it doesn’t really matter honestly. If it’s FO you will hear back on approval in 1-3 weeks. for that you will see an update on your account.

SS S, you should ask Emma and request a copy of Notice regarding the transfer to NBC or FO (I doubt you ever received the letter).. I guess it may be accelerated if you send service request to USCIS. Good luck!
