I-485 submission in place of consular processing.
My Eb2-NIW was approved and case was forwarded to NVC for consular processing. In the meantime, I got a visa and entered US and filed I-485. Do I need to inform NVC that I am doing I-485 and abandoning NVC?

it wasn't premium processing and USCIS approved in 2 months. it was back in 2022.

we did the same as we already had the visa and we already applied for AOS AND MY SON GOT THE EAD TOO but we are waiting we didn’t inform NVC.

do not file adjustment within the first 90 days of entry into the us to avoid trouble with USCIS.
