June Filer. I did get my EAD combo but i485 is still being processed. I've seen approvals from early June filers mainly the NIWs. I checked that 324 block is currently being approved. I'm on 326 block so expecting a touch in couple of weeks unless they run out the visa for this year.

almost same. filled 765, 485 on july 7. did the biometric on july 30. EAD got approved on july 31 and received 2 weeks later. my interview also has been waived. and have been on the “ case is still being processed”. have no idea when we ll be getting the 485 approval. I have seen wide range of comments. 🤞

same, August 9th PD. filed June 18th for i485. EAD July 15th. I’m still waiting for both. receipt number is on the 325 block

@Kwame O it is a feature of lawfully app it is based on the data of people who add their case to the app. you need to get pro version then you are able to see those blocks

@Waiting game I think the block number is the numbers in receipt number. for example IOE0932Xxxx. so people refer to the numbers.

@Alan Azhi I didn’t get a notice letter. I received an email regarding update the I checked and saw my step 3 “attend interview” has been marked as completed. I asked someone through Emma and got confirmed that it has been waived.

Thanks Mo D for sharing. casestatusext is what I use. I mainly check the who is getting approved this week chart on casestatusext.com. You need to select the recipt number. Based on the historical trends I see block cases usually see two approval spikes. one around 10-12 week mark and the major one around 5 to 6 month mark from the blocks receipt date. The first spike seem to be for straightforwards cases which go directly to approval.
