What NBC did you send medical rfe to?

my Vawa got approved 01 October 2024 after that I called Uscis and they said my I-485 stil in Vermont and I am still waiting for any movement. any suggestions what to do guys

@shameel masurkar same with my I-486. called USCIS two weeks ago and that’s what they told me which is weird that they haven’t sent it to NBC after Vawa was approved. does anyone know if Vermont has the power to approve I-485 now or not. or does it have to go through the normal process.

@God Has Done It! hmm that’s strange and interesting. I think you will need to request for status update and keep calling once every week to see if there will consistency in what info they will give you to ascertain where your case is really at. for my case i got the notification of case transfer since last year and its almost 11 month since then. so i have no idea why my case is still at Vermont instead of NBC.
