Congrats! what is your i 140 time line?

I did premium processing for I-140 and filed it concurrently with I-485, I-765 and I-131 on April 12. However, I got a RFE after two weeks. They received my response in +3 weeks and I got the approval 2 weeks later, that is early june.

Is it for sure in Nebreska? Your receipt number start with LIN? Geez you are so lucky for someone with case assigned to Nebreska

when did you submit your medical?

Yes, my case did not move from Nebraska and my receipt number starts with LIN. I know that NSC is taking forever to process cases so I guess I’ve been very lucky. I submitted medicals on September 15 (got the RFE in August).

I did not expedite. I tried to expedit I-765 5 times without success.

Hi, i got my I485 application status update yesterday as Card is being produced . can some pls tell me how long it takes to receive the card

My status changed to card being produces on Monday and today the card was mailed to me through priority mail

My case was not transfered to a fied office. It was processed in Nebraska Service Center. No interview.
