hi guys ., i sent the request to uscis from website for why my case takes longer than processing times., so i can see on app case tracker they sent me a response about my request with the referral number something so
can anyone tell me how am i getting the response by mail? or email? how i can track that referral number ?

I have done that several times and was given referral numbers, but at the end of the day, they don’t send response.

I did that two times , one Nov2023 and second one Dec 2023 , finally they updated on April 2,2024 , by we received your request and Uscis will review it.

I saw on tracker that they responded to my request but never received response

same here,they said they sent me a response on March 28 but I still didn’t received anything yet ….😏

Can try to submit an inquiry via local Congress. Also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

vawa cases are handled by mailing to them VSC
doing online things are useless that I can tell.

they sent me an email regarding my request for processing time
