For the I-30 the estimated time showed 2 months. We tried to expedite our case and we got denied without the government asking for our proof and verification about our case. I have extreme medical problems and they denied us in 3 days without asking for medical documentation. We did file for the I-129 in June 24, 2022. If you have more questions I can answer them...

I filed for the I-30 March 28, 2022 and then I choose to expedite my case 30 days later. After 3 days of submitting the paperwork to expedite my case because of my medical problems we got denied without them asking for any medical documentation at all. I took a lot of time to gather medical documentation for the expedite process but they didn't want to ask for any documentation. On June 24, 2022 we filed for the I-129 and we have not heard anything about that.

I think for me is too late to files 129f.

Your time is coming. This is a hard process physically, mentally and emotionally. It's hard being apart from people you love. I pray for you and everybody. What the government does with the immigration process is not right. Keep your head up and stay positive.

@ Tamika, Thanks for your concern. I hope so. Its really hard to live without soul mate. I think they need to process early for spouse visa.

I have had many nights of tears. Many days of sadness and loneliness. You really have to make yourself busy and just stay positive. I know it is not east at all. I think the process is unfair and not right.

I got declined for the expedite process. They didn't even ask for my edvenice and documentation. They just straight declined me right away truthfully.

my case PD 3/21/22 it’s been 204 days, June 24, 2022 actively reviewed and still being reviewed. my case is at Texas. This is a good sign that my case should be getting approved soon. congrats Tamika, I understand the pain it’s not easy being aprt from your loved ones. good luck to everyone let’s keep a positive attitude.
