this application take long Time i file my in may 20 2016 AND istill waiting Uscis do not make Desición yet

@José Mario David Suazo can you share more information what is going on why you waiver talking so long and where you waiver went to field office or Nebraska service centre

i send my waiver to Nebraska service Center in2016 i was there for 6 years then2 years algo they transferencia to nacional benefit Center. still there no desición in to today.this waiver Is hard to wing.god bless you

mine was sent to nbc on April 17 2024 they received it and still waiting. what about you?

@olivia dip my waiver was send it USCIS field office thay received last may I check online the processing time I saw there 26 month and Google search I saw the people are talking about 1 year so I am confused I really don't know how long it will take

I filed my i-212 on August 2021 and still nothing
