I-140 pending 288 days
Hello everyone,
My EB-1A I-140 is being actively reviewed for the past 288 days. Does anyone have any idea if I will see the light at the end of the tunnel or be in the same status for years? Thanks in advance.

Oh, I see. It is better to file the premium and know for sure that you have an approved petition rather than leaving everything unknown.
