I-140 NIW
hi, I wonder if it is recommended to file PP for I-140 if I am from the 39-countries “ban list”
I am still waiting on a decision since 400 days. but it’s urgent to file I-485 since it’s current. but I don’t know if filing premium process will do me any good.
anyone here with similar case ?

I have the PP I140 and current dates on I485 once I140 is approved. I am sure it's worth the shorten time and I'm regards to banned countries, I am not impacted but it is not enforced from what I see.
A federal judge struck down the U.S. government's sweeping immigration restrictions and USCIS adjudication pauses targeting 39 countries. Because this June 2026 ruling declared the restrictions and processing delays unlawful, USCIS is no longer enforcing the travel bans and benefit freezes on these applicants.

i got my approval PP after 30 days…. am from 39 banned list countries.

Hi Ticcie, congrats. Did you upgrade to PP after waiting for a while or your application was with PP?
