To all my Nebraska peeps,
I applied concurrently I-765, I-131, I-140, I-485 back in November 2020. EB3. Nebraska Service Center.
Finally got approval for I-140 after 11 months. Regular processing, not premium.
Still no word on work permit and advance parole :(

@mimi I did not file it with my application. I actually started the CGFNS process in January and I think it took like 5 months for them to finish everything. so I finally received the certificate this summer. I never sent it in because I heard they aren’t requiring it for everyone. sometimes they ask for it, sometimes they don’t. I am US-educated so I hope they wont ask for it. If they do, I have it ready and I can send it in.
