But is it worth filing mandamus for 5k for RTD that’s only one year valid and effectively you can use it for the first 6-8 months because many countries won’t accept when document has less than 6 months validity left. At the end of the day it’s your decision. if you’re doing pro se mandamus then ok, if lawyer then 5k for RTD not worth it in my opinion

Your I-131 RTD seems to be outside USCIS’s posted normal time, I would try escalating with USCIS one more time and if you do not get a response then you may want to solicit the help of your local congressman.
