i have a question can someone answer how do uscis treat omission of a child on provious DS160 , and now you are petitioning for child 1 i130 , but they question the ommision on DS160

@more grace It depends on your reasons, some are unsure it’s theirs so they didn’t put it then and the next they will let you do is DNA to prove it’s yours
