I-130 wife Petitioning for DACA husband
excited to share my experience finally after seeing many other people have similar cases. I’m a U.S citizen that petitioned for my husband who has DACA.
it took about 10 months to get an approval and now we are on our next step which is the i-601A. I will be back to share that timeline as well.
