I-130 Expedite advice
Hello, I am in a predicament here with my wife. I'm trying to expedite my 130 but I don't know how to. I've tried to email my state congressman but to no reply (if anyone knows how to reach the Nevada congressman that would be great)
My 130 is pending due to RFE being held up in Vermont service center. please, any advice will help.

They won't expedite your case just if you have a very reasonable reason. Your congressman won't help a lot. He's just a congressman and didn't work for USCIS. Have patience because USCIS have many cases before yours. My I130 took almost 3 years to get approved. I don't know how long you been waiting. I just sharing my experience. Believe me. I try everything to expedite my case. Congressman, Inquiries, etc. Didn't work. You just need to wait.
Remember USCIS not just have your case.

@Kevin: 3 years !! to get the approval from USCIS or from start to finish ? are you also filing for F2A ?

just to get approved my I130. Because I'm inside the USA. I need an I131 and I485. But it been 4 months waiting to my I131 get approve. Still waiting @LN JS
