your case is close with uscis. you will have new reference number when nvc makes contact

but my wife called NVC office and they stated that they don’t have our file in the system

but when we look today it shows that case is closed so it got me a bit scared

Did you fill an embassy when you filled, if not you have to fill another form for uscis to send to nvc

@OO we accidentally didn’t put that in but I think my wife file back another form for USCIS so I don’t know what’s wrong

was it form I824? if yes you need to follow up on that, request a call back from tier 2 officer or file the form again and attach your notice of approval to it.
