same. I waited more than a year in fact. i130 approved back in April. Got biometric done. No interview yet. Checked processing times and it says I can’t file a request for outside of normal processing time until 2023. Basically it’s saying the normal processing time is within 2 years which was not the case back when I submitted my applications to them.

@nicky charles: you may try expedite and aubmit proof. The least thing they can do is say no, but if it works then you got an expedited review.
