I-130! Actively reviewing for months now!
It has been 8 months since I submit my petition and it has been almost 5 months since they have been actively reviewing it! I want to know what’s going on! Can anyone relate?!?

mine is at California service center - PD June 23rd 2021, actively reviewing since July 7th 2021….

you always have several options to speed up your case.
1. do a congressional inquiry with your local representative (can do it online)
2. Do an electronic request - call USCIS-say infopass and explain your situation to the agent.
3. if none of them work you can always sue them. (keep in my this doesn’t guarantee approval and it’s going to cost you money)

Mine took a little over 6 months for status change to actively being reviewed,2 months on still under review...it appears I'm in for some counting. Same SC,Texas.
