@ep pe, I don’t know. On the same application, I fill for both, my wife as the head. I put my step-daughter info there. Since, the age, I thought she doesn’t need a special application for herself. The reason I didn’t use different application only for her.

how do you see documents for form I 485 and form I 130.. I only see documents in regards to work authorization

for each person you are asking for it's a new application and you have to pay the fees as well for each person as well

@Rose A, No, I believe it is the k3 that helps or maybe because I was denied before.

@Farooq Darman, this’s my second time applying, first was denied for not filling it out the right way.

@ Tracey M, did you enter the correct information. To me, the app was off a month ahead, not like here, which is off 4 to 8 months ahead.

@A&M I input the correct info and it estimated USCIS at Dec 2021- Feb 12, 2022 but had a true case time of Nov 2023. Instant turn off and I cancelled my membership. I have been waiting over a year now for approval from CSC after contacting Congress, submitted 2 out of processing time forms, finally spoke with a tier 2 rep who was absolutely NO help and now 2 days before making it to a year they issue a Cancellation of Request of Evidence on my case, therefore putting me into another category with a different wait time. It is so unfair. Why not just approve the case since you see you have everything you need? I also have a K3 filed since June 2021. I hope you understand why the app turned me completely off. I’m going to give it another try to see if I get the same result. Just got the same result, Nov 5, 2023. Feb 12, 2021 is my actually wedding anniversary. I really don’t desire to spend 2 anniversaries apart…x so sorry if it seems I’m making this all about me right now that’s my reality right now and it’s killing me. I wish they would step their gave up someway somehow. I just miss my better half

@ Tracey M, sorry for all you’re going through, I understand that feeling. Be strong, it will get better soon. Yes, now I understand why the app was off. You have done everything, keep being patient, it will get better soon, once again. Since, it’s getting this difficult and long time process, have you think about involving an attorney?

@A&M I don’t want to spend more money on a lawyer as I don’t think they can do anything more. I have a clear cut case. We are both law abiding citizens in our respective countries. It’s mind boggling why we haven’t gotten approved yet. Thank you for your advice and encouragement. I hope to be like you one day soon 🙏🏽
