ladies and gentlemen unless your spouse is a green card holder, you don’t need to be worried about priority dates since they only apply to spices of green card holders. if your spouse is a US Citizen priority dates don’t apply the same since visas are always available for that category. factors that apply to any delay go from backlogs, field office, center, or even the officer.

hi! I submitted my application October 2023 and it said it would take 3 months when I submitted it. Then it went up to 21 months which was crazy. December 2024 it went down to 7 months. January it went down to 2 months. Today it days 4 weeks!
