Has anyone received this notice with their case in the past ? if so how did you manage it ? Did it cause any delays to your K1 petition ?

if the document says returned to USCIS they could've sent a request for evidence but for some reason it was undelivered so therefore returned to USCIS. I'd call up or contact them to look into it.
