How to get back the money order I previously sent to USCIS?
USCIS still rejects my 485 form with the reason that I didn't provide the correct amount. Please advise me, how to GET BACK THE MONEY ORDER I previously sent to USCIS? I have called USCIS directly, but the officer's answer is not satisfying, he just gave me a service request number and asked me to wait for their response by email or phone.

Keep calm. They will send it back with your document provided. (usually they do)

Once they rwturn your package your previous money order will be return with the package.

unfortunately they have returned my package without money order. I will cancel it thru the money order service provider (as above comment), hopefully it will work. thanks for the advice. You all have made me strong. 🙏🏼💕

The fee is usually non-refundable no matter what decision they take

Thank God, I got my money back. I refunded my money order thru the issuer (Western Union).
