@vitaliy 123 the fingerprints were taken after responded the RFE

RFE sent to USCIS on Oct 27 but still case not updated for me. some of my friends got interview scheduled after RFE responded to USCIS.

@December 2020 I would suggest you request FOIA. which will tell you why your case is not moving forward and then discuss it with your lawyer.

@sam young @Paan Singh i did everything that could be done except nandamuslawsuits everything else i have done i did my interview i received rfe i been working for 2 years i gave i485j pay stubs medical .. i mean we have a facebook froup of 87 persons i guess there’s only 11 person that received their greencard the rest we are all waiting
