NVC won’t take long to reply to you. if all fee and doc are submitted and they don’t need anything else. they will send an email stating that you case is complete, if you don’t get to interview here. they will send your case to the embassy abroad for your spouse interview.

@Stevo. it took 6 months on the dot for my brother in law for his interview. his interview was today. and they sent the interview email on September 11.

I mean my sister waited 6 months until they send that email.

yeah. it’s usually 2-6months. and they emailed the interview date after 6 months. for my case I’m still waiting. and it’s been 9 months. waiting for my case to be approved. they are taking soooooo long😓😩

me and my sister filed the same doc same date. waiting 8 months. hers got approved, and mine asked for RFE. I provided all required doc and sent it back after one week of receiving the RFE. and since then. I haven’t received no updates. every time I send them email. they say it’s still processing/pending. and it’s been 9 months.
