How long does it to from I-140 Petition, AP, work authorization and green card with premium processing outside USA?

if you’re outside of the USA you cannot request AP or Work authorization since you’re not Adjusting Status but going through a consular process. however, i140 with PP is taking around 5-10 days

you cant unless you are doing adjustment of status
