How long do you think it will take to approve?
I am practically 27 days away from completing one year of the process. When do you think they could approve my I-130 because since August 1, 2023 it tells me that it is being actively reviewed.

your service center? maybe your case will approved according to PD and more take time for approval 14 months

I will be a year next week and it still says activity reviewed. I would say they are process closer to the 14 month mark.

maybe call them and find out what's going on because every case is different but I received my approval yesterday after 91 days, sometimes that helps or if not atleast you know what's going on.

@Nina Barry In fact, in the waiting times it says that it is. taking exactly 14 months, perhaps what one hopes for is the miracle of not reaching 14 months
