How long do we have to wait?
my wife came into this country on K1 visa in 2021, we then filed for an adjustment of status, which initially got denied in 2022 because of affidavit error. in 2023 we filed a new request, this time with an attorney and it was approved in 2024. Now my question is, since we need 36 months before applying for citizenship, is it only from the date of approval or doe the date of entry matter?
