how long?
what should I expect next? my priority date is march 2021 and is current now. Im under SJI category. I sent medical exams with application and also sent record of disposition for traffic tickets.

no one knows exactly unfortunately
I applied back in 2023 and they sent me two RFE for medicals, one in 2024 and the last one in May
honestly now it looks like it is more a Russian roulette than anything else, some people get approved pretty fast and other are throw in a limbo
I saw people that applied before me and they never received anything, I also saw a couple people that applied this year and they’re approved already (PD similar to ours)
it can either be a quick journey or a long one :( good luck, God bless!

next step should be medicals if you haven’t send them yet, if you sent your medicals and there’s nothing else they need, you’ll just get approved
In rare case scenarios they request an interview
