you submitted your request for evidence on Feb 20 have you had an actively reviewing yet? I submitted my i130 on October 3 and still waiting just an actively review on February 22 @memco baba

you gotta wait at least a year depending on your service center . some people been waiting to get at least rfe since 2020 . they don't care to know people's lives depends on this .. I don't think about it no more I just try to stay busy so I won't go crazy
