@S D maybe you might get an RFE for proof of your bonafine marriage. Not trying to be rude or anything but , your spouse should of been there mandatory. Lots of post show that ppl always go with there spouse ( big plus ) it helps the approval .. hopefully it works out.. fingers crossed ... BALTIMORE FIELD OFFICE IS ALREADY THE WORST OFFICE TO DEAL WITH

I hope you get approved soon but generally speaking and not trying to be rude, if you have a pending I-751 you need to bring your partner with since they do combine interview. I hope for your sake they just ask for more evidence good luck

sounds like you had “one of those agents”. sorry for your experience. Just take your wife for your second interview m and hopefully you’ll get a different agent.

I hope you get approved soon. I don’t want to be rude but for I-751 your wife should’ve been there just in case. Anyways it’s a complication and things will be fine.

I'm sorry to hear that. I had my interview yesterday and my experience was very different. The officer asked me if my wife was present because they were going to do the N-400 & I-751 combo. I told him she was outside with my daughter in the car, and if he wanted, i could call her to come in. He said it wasn't necessary. The interview lasted a maximum of 15 minutes and I was approved immediately. I hope they give you a resolution soon. Good luck.

@J c @S D awesome mine was in different I-751 in vermont and N-400 National benefit center… Mine interview was alone with office my wife she is sitting outside officer told me let her sit outside and finish my interview in 15 min but my officer she told your I751 is on other office i dont have access to approved otherwise i will approve now .. now its being a month i751 was moved to other jurisdictions and N400 update second time case has been actively reviewed.. Very sad so long to get reply

they will ask about REF like they did with me , I just sent it them last week my interview was on 2/14/24

@$$ ,, when you say similar did you go by yourself and have I-751 pending when applied for N-400 ? Aren’t they supposed to decide on N-400 in 120 days

guyss thank god I had good news today. N-400 status went to Oath Ceremony will be Scheduled. I believe this is sign for approval. I am relieved
