mine took 9 months in the first time to get approved then 5 months for renewal

one year today since I submitted my ead renewal and still counting

I applied for renewal since 11/2024 still waiting til date 😩😩😩

sometimes it takes 1 year

I deposited in November 2024, in December I left fingerprints and I have had no answers since then.I asked my lawyer and he told me that he is looking at the fact that it is taking up to 14 months to approve.

mine December 30 2024 prima facie Feb 14 2025 haven’t heard anything since then :/ bout to b 10 months

@Vishwanath reddy raghunath I have to ask what category did you file your EAD under cuz that matters a lot. if you applied under C09 then rest assured that you will get approved very soon but if it’s C31 then you will have to wait till your case is fully approved to get EAD. so which one did you file under so I can give you a better answer.

@omg omg if it’s C09 then you are close to approval. please call USCIS and ask tell them you have been waiting for get your EAD and it’s been 8 months and counting and you have not received yet and you need to get work to survive and it’s been hard this past months and cry on the phone if possible. they should be able to empathize with you and push it through for you faster. and if you don’t get a good answer, wait a couple of days and try again until you get the desired answer you are looking for. mine also c9 its pass the processing time I already submitted an inquiry august 25 and still no answer they said jst need to wait 😢
