they claimed that I didn’t sign my original application but I did they even sent me rfe requesting my signatures crazy

I did send everything that they asked

and even with that they denied that case

Did they send you a noid? or just straight denial ? I've never heard such a thing with signatures before, you worked with lawyer?

yes They don’t want electronic signatures, it has to be signed boldly with pen. any documents you’re submitting to USCIS need to be signed in person or they will deny it

That’s now a 'yes,' but I applied in 2021 after COVID, when electronic submissions were acceptable. It was so confusing, but I filed my appeal. Let’s see what happens. My faith in God is everything to me, and I have a strong feeling that everything will be alright.

290 b is the appeal form how is done I won’t be able to explain because my lawyer did it guys you need a lawyer now because you ha only 30 days to appeal
