hi everyone, please can I get an answer to this question?
my dad filed for me under F1 case category (unmarried daughter of a US citizen) now I’m married, can I change to F3 ? (married daughter of a US citizen)

you can, but my question to you is how long ago did you meet the person you just married? the reason I ask is because it will pop up as a question. I would ask them first before you make that move because the grass may seem greener but doesn’t mean it is.

@Neickers Cuevas the uscis already sent me RFE to submit my marriage cert because my mum mentioned to them that I’m married in 2018 she went for her interview and they asked about me.
