hey guys got NVC saying ( case creation) smt like that
NVC just received my approval letter from uscis. is that a a welcome letter? and idk what to do next please tell me if you know what’s next?

So yes this is the welcome letter
visit the NVC website
https://ceac.state.gov/IV
sign in with the Case ID and invoice ID
and pay the IV and AOS fee
when they approved your payment then you can start upload the required documents
