APPEAL APPROVED
Patient is the KEY my husband and I married 2017 he move to Canada illegal I went to live with him ( I’m a US citizen) I couldn’t stay there because of the weather so I move back to Florida decide to file for him April 2018 but always visiting him 3 times a year. end of 2019 they denied us saying not enough evidence ( we share banks account in both countries, have him in my 401k and I pics every time we see each other and flight receipts) so I had a lawyer I ask him to appeal the case instead of doing a new one he suggested to do another i130 I say let’s do both which he did the new i130 been received for 4months under review for 18days today I received a great news from my lawyer the judge APPROVED the appeal which we don’t need the new i130 anymore. the LORD is working on our favor trust and believe.

they email my lawyer and he forward it to me, the judge send my case back to uscis close by my address and they will process it for visa

the next right now is the judge already return my file back to to uscis so they can transfer it to nvc
