Those on removal proceedings and had vawa approval. how long does it take to have immigration judge response after you apply for motion to terminate or recalender . especially with the new administration.
I’m told they got rid of pd request.

my motion has been sent since January it still pending and the judge has scheduled me a master hearing my lawyer told me the master hearing is part of the procedure

when your lawyer files a motion, it takes about 4-8 weeks for the IJ to respond.
