your case status will change to rfe received

usually takes one week for lawfully or uscis update, but you should have sent it with tracking so you can see when they actually recieve it

I sent mine since august the status never changed to received still at rfe sent

@joy you should try and talk to the live representative agent to confirm if they did receive it because we experience same thing but After sending another Rfe for the second we got the update that they have received

I already talk to the live agent and she send inquiring for that over 3weeks now still no updates, honestly I don’t understand

@joy no we just sent whatever they wanted because the first mail either it got lost on the way my husband called them n thy said if we don't get the notification we can send another rfe n that's wat we did
